Returns and Refunds
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@chromaticircle.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Reporting Issues: If your canvas print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@chromaticircle.com with a photo of the damage and your order number.
- Resolution: We will work with you to either replace the damaged item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
Exchanges
- Eligibility: If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or design, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Exchange Process: Once the original item is returned and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Shipping costs for the return of the original item and the delivery of the new item may apply.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized Products: Customized and personalized canvas prints are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Shipping
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
